What Aisha offers:

Soul Therapy/ Spiritual Healing sessions for a wide range of issues. This includes healing conversations, guided meditation and visualisations. Using these techniques helps clients to realise their inner strengths and have the ability to access their own resources.

How Aisha works:

Using Soul Therapy, Spiritual Healing and a variety of techniques developed while training in counselling and other complimentary therapies. She is able to select various aspects of her training to suit individual’s needs. Aisha enjoys working alongside clients as they discover ways to move forward and release their potential.

Background:

Aisha trained as a Soul Therapist at the Soul Therapy Centre before becoming a practitioner. Aisha has a special interest in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and has used this technique frequently to release emotional blocks. This technique enables clients to help themselves. Aisha has also spent the past two years developing her counselling skills on various courses.

Clients:

Aisha’s clients come with a wide range of issues they wish to overcome. Some of the issues Aisha works with are self esteem, weight loss, pain management, anxiety and stress.

Qualifications:

Aisha is a Registered Spiritual Healer of The Soul Therapy Association of Spiritual Healers (a member organisation of the Alliance of Healing Associations/ UK Healers).
Aisha is a Reiki practitioner. She also has a certificate in Indian head massage.
Aisha has an Advanced Certificate in Person Centred counselling as well as an Advanced Certificate in Integrative Counselling skills which include Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
